Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-27 · LPAGESAPPLABS S.R.L. · contact@lpagesapplabs.com

Updated 2026-09-27: section 4 now states the legal basis for each kind of processing and where the three providers may process data; section 7 lists your GDPR rights in full. Previous effective date 2026-07-28.

Corrected 2026-09-04: this policy previously carried an effective date of 2026-04-06 while naming LPAGESAPPLABS S.R.L. as data controller. That company was registered on 2026-07-16, so the stated date preceded the existence of the controller it named. The effective date now reflects 2026-07-28, when the registered-entity details in this document were published. The substance of the policy is unchanged.

Status: not yet released. AI Crypto Highflags has not shipped to the App Store or Google Play. This policy describes the data practices of the app as built and as it will operate from its first public release — no data described below is being collected from anyone today, because there is no released app to collect it. We publish it now so the terms are reviewable before launch, and it will be re-dated on release.

1. Overview

AI Crypto Highflags is a market data tool. It does not require registration, login, or any personal information to work. We built it to collect as little data as possible — and that is not an afterthought.

2. What we do not collect

No name, email, phone number, location, payment card, browsing history, contacts, microphone, or camera data is collected or stored by us at any point.

3. What is collected automatically

Anonymous subscription identifier (RevenueCat)

To manage Pro and VIP subscriptions, the app uses RevenueCat, which assigns a randomly generated anonymous ID to your device. This ID is not linked to your name or contact details. It persists across reinstalls on the same device and is used only to verify what plan you have.

Push notification token (Firebase)

If you enable Market Alerts, the app registers a Firebase Cloud Messaging token — a device-level identifier generated by Google. It is used only to deliver notifications. We do not store it on our servers. You can revoke it at any time by disabling notifications in your device settings.

Market data requests

The app fetches prices and chart data directly from the Binance public API. These are unauthenticated requests — no user data is sent to Binance.

Signal API requests

The app calls our own backend for RSI and EMA signal data. Requests include the coin ticker and your IP address — standard for any HTTPS request. IP addresses are not logged or stored. Rate limiting is applied per IP to prevent abuse.

Why we may process this, and where. The subscription identifier is needed to deliver the plan you paid for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract). The push token exists only if you allow notifications in your device's permission prompt (Article 6(1)(a), consent, which you withdraw by turning notifications off). IP addresses are used in memory for rate limiting, to keep the service available (Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests). RevenueCat, Google and Railway may process data outside the EU, including in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their terms.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Data retention

We do not maintain user databases. RevenueCat manages anonymous IDs under their own retention policies. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. Nothing remains on our servers after you stop using the app.

7. Your rights

You can disable notifications in device Settings at any time. You can cancel subscriptions through App Store or Google Play. You can uninstall the app — no data remains. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over any personal data we hold, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP). Write to contact@lpagesapplabs.com; we answer within 30 days.

8. Security

All communication between the app and our backend is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). We do not store personal data, which keeps the attack surface minimal.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.

10. Contact and data controller

The controller responsible for any personal data processed by this app is LPAGESAPPLABS S.R.L., Strada Dorneasca nr. 13, Sector 5, Bucharest, Romania — company number (CUI) 55256589, Trade Register J2026045387001.
